Sources reveal that Manchester United has been proactive in their pursuit, with Ten Hag expressing strong intent to sign Zirkzee. The player’s representatives have been in ongoing discussions with the Premier League club to finalize the agreement.
Corriere di Bologna further notes that Bologna, commonly referred to as the Rossoblu, is attempting to retain the 23-year-old striker by proposing a new contract that includes a release clause of 50 million euros, up from the current clause of 40 million euros.
