“He’s going to be leaving Man United immediately after the EUROS and i can tell they’ll regret selling him in the future, just like Chelsea regretted selling Mo Salah and KDB”- Chelsea Legend Didier Drogba issues a brutal warning to Man united after Ten Hag says he intends to release ‘phenomenal’ star this summer for a very little fee

Manchester United are poised to lose one of their key coaching staff members, despite manager Erik ten Hag’s efforts to retain him.

Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Dutchman Erik ten Hag would remain as Manchester United’s manager despite the club’s lackluster 2023/2024 season. The Red Devils finished a disappointing eighth in the Premier League and faced an early exit from the Champions League, failing to advance beyond the group stages.

Nonetheless, United concluded their season on a high note by securing a victory against Manchester City to claim the FA Cup at Wembley Stadium.

As the new season approaches, reports suggest that United will part ways with first-team coach Benni McCarthy. According to The Athletic, the former striker for Blackburn Rovers, Ajax, Celta Vigo, and FC Porto will leave his position when his two-year contract expires at the end of this month.

The Athletic’s report stated: “It’s understood that the lifelong United fan wants to be a manager again. McCarthy had a positive relationship with many of the United players and enjoyed his time at Old Trafford.”

Earlier, it was reported that Ten Hag had requested the club to offer McCarthy a new contract. However, with McCarthy’s departure imminent, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed that United are preparing to add two new coaches to Ten Hag’s staff.

Romano announced on social media: “Exclusive story confirmed: Man United will add Ruud van Nistelrooy and René Hake from Go Ahead Eagles to their new backroom staff. Erik ten Hag will sign a new contract in the next few days, all agreed and 100% done as revealed earlier this week.”

Ruud van Nistelrooy, a former United player under Sir Alex Ferguson, is set to join the coaching team. During his tenure at Old Trafford, van Nistelrooy scored 150 goals in 219 appearances and won several titles, including a Premier League title, an FA Cup, a League Cup, and the FA Community Shield.

With these changes, Manchester United are gearing up for a fresh start, hoping to improve their performance in the upcoming season.
