I believe it will be an excellent year, and we will achieve many victories.”

Pedri also discussed Barcelona’s potential transfer deals, highlighting the possibility of signing Neco Williams, the star of the Spanish national team and Athletic Bilbao. Regarding this potential acquisition, Pedri remarked, “Signing Williams would be fantastic. His performances with Spain in the European Nations Cup are impressive. We hope that his presence will significantly enhance Barcelona’s strength and skill.”

He added, “We are unsure of how things will unfold, given that he is currently under contract with Athletic Bilbao, but I am hopeful to have him join us in Barcelona.”

Pedri also mentioned the prospect of signing midfielder Mikel Merino, stating, “Merino is a player I admire and would love to see in our midfield. He is tireless and would greatly assist me in focusing more on offensive roles.” He continued, “I always tell him that he never loses the ball. Merino is incredibly skilled both with and without the ball, making him a well-rounded player.”

Additionally, Pedri referred to the potential deal for Dani Olmo, noting, “Dani is an excellent player who has previously been part of Barcelona. He understands what it means to be a part of this club. I hope he gets the opportunity to join us.”
