Former Chelsea legend Didier Drogba has advised a Manchester United player to leave the club if he wishes to advance his career. Drogba suggests that the player should join a club like Chelsea, which has a championship-winning mentality, instead of staying at Manchester United, where his potential might be wasted under Erik ten Hag’s management.
Recent reports indicate that Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has offered a contract to Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, who is reportedly thrilled at the prospect of joining the French champions. Sancho, who spent the latter half of the previous season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, had earlier accused United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, of making him a “scapegoat” following public criticism.
Sancho, who joined Manchester United from Dortmund for £73 million in July 2021, hasn’t played in a competitive match for the club since their 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest last August. Recently, both Ten Hag and Sancho decided to resolve their differences, with Sancho even participating in a pre-season friendly against Rangers.

Other top clubs, including Barcelona and Juventus, have also expressed interest in Sancho. However, it appears that PSG is the most likely destination if he leaves Manchester United. Reports suggest that United’s owner, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, is seeking around €50 million (£42 million) for the winger. The recent departure of Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid has heightened PSG’s interest in Sancho, who they believe could be a perfect addition to their squad.
