Manchester United are currently the frontrunners in the race to secure Amrabat’s services permanently. The midfielder himself is eager to remain at Old Trafford, which could give United an advantageous position in negotiations with Fiorentina.

Last season, Amrabat was not a regular starter under Erik ten Hag, making just 17 starts throughout the campaign. Nevertheless, he demonstrated his value toward the end of the season, even stepping in as a left-back when Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia were unavailable.

Signing Amrabat on a permanent basis would be a strategic move for Manchester United, given his relatively low cost and versatility. His ability to play multiple positions would be a valuable asset for the team, and it appears that manager Erik ten Hag recognizes this potential.
