Barcelona is currently in the process of identifying which players will be leaving the team soon, as part of their strategy to strengthen the first football team by potentially signing Neco Williams and Dani Olmo, who are their primary targets in the ongoing summer transfer window. The club is carefully evaluating all offers for their first-team players during this period to decide on the players’ future, whether it means staying with the club or moving on.
According to information from the Catalan newspaper “Sport,” Barcelona has indicated a willingness to transfer their Brazilian star, Rafinha, after setting a specific asking price for his transfer during the summer market. The newspaper reports that Barcelona will not consider selling Rafinha for less than 90 million euros, a significant sum that could notably impact the club’s financial situation this summer.
“Sport” also mentioned that Al Hilal Saudi Arabia now has a chance to acquire Rafinha, as Barcelona is open to his departure, provided their valuation is met. Rafinha had an impactful season, playing in 37 matches, scoring 10 goals, and assisting in 13 others. He has a contract with Barcelona that extends for the next three seasons, until the summer of 2027. Rafinha joined Barcelona in the summer of 2022, transferring from Leeds United in England.
