Liverpool star speaks on Andy Robertson new injury!

Liverpool’s defender on the right flank, Conor Bradley, conveyed apprehension regarding the injury sustained by his fellow club member, Andrew Robertson, during Scotland’s 0-1 loss to Northern Ireland. Bradley, who has recently ascended to the first team at Liverpool and has been standing in for the injured Trent Alexander-Arnold, witnessed Robertson’s injury firsthand during the match.

Upon contemplation of the event, Bradley characterized Robertson’s injury as appearing quite severe, recognizing its gravity. He conjectured that Robertson might have suffered an ankle sprain and expressed optimism that it wouldn’t escalate into a significant issue.

Despite the frustration of not having the opportunity to communicate directly with Robertson following the match, Bradley articulated his determination to extend his support to him. He lauded Robertson as one of the premier left-backs in the English Premier League throughout the last decade and underscored the invaluable mentorship and encouragement he has received from him during his career.

“I’m quite disappointed that I didn’t get the chance to speak with him, but I was right there when it happened, and it did appear quite severe. I believe he might have twisted his ankle or something similar. It was quite an unfortunate incident, but I’m optimistic that it’s not a major issue.”

He continued, saying, “I’ll send him a text to check up on him and see how he’s progressing. Hopefully, it’s nothing too serious. I’ll extend my best wishes to him and most likely be back in training on Thursday, so I’ll catch up with him then.”
