BREAKING NEWS: Live From Old Trafford, Done Deal, Manchester United Finally Agrees Deal For Bundesliga Star Striker On A Deal £73m As A Replacement For Anthony Martial. According To Reports, Man Utd Have Been Linked With The Bundesliga Star For Months And The Latest Reports Indicate They Man Utd Have Finally Made Agreement To Sign Him This Summer.

Manchester United has shown a keen interest in Joshua Zirkzee for several months, with recent updates indicating that they are pushing forward to secure his transfer this summer.

Initially, reports from Corriere dello Sport in March highlighted Manchester United’s strong interest in Zirkzee, pointing out that he had a €40 million release clause that was originally only available to his previous club, Bayern Munich.

However, La Gazzetta Dello Sport last month pegged the asking price for Zirkzee at a much higher £73 million, akin to what Manchester United paid last year for Hojlund. Yet, in a recent shift, the same publication revealed that a €40 million release clause is actually available for all clubs, effective only from July 1st to July 15th.

While Bologna is keen on retaining Zirkzee, especially after his critical role in helping the team reach the Champions League for the first time in 60 years by scoring 11 goals and providing 5 assists in 34 Serie A matches, there’s strong interest from other major clubs. Italian giants like Milan and Juventus, as well as Premier League clubs such as Manchester United and Arsenal, are all drawn to his talent, bolstered by their more substantial financial capabilities.

La Gazzetta Dello Sport reports that Manchester United, in particular, has both the financial strength and the strategic foresight to successfully negotiate a deal for Zirkzee during this summer’s transfer window.

Despite these promising developments in his club career, Zirkzee faced a setback on the international stage. He was included in the preliminary squad for the Euros by Netherlands coach Ronald Koeman, but did not make the final team list announced yesterday, adding a note of disappointment amidst his ongoing transfer saga.
