Barcelona has announced that Lamine Yamal, Pedri González, and Ferran Torres will not be joining the team’s trip to the United States. The club has decided to prioritize the players’ physical and emotional well-being over their participation in the tour.
This decision comes after a challenging season in which the team competed in multiple competitions, including the recently concluded European Championship.
Additionally, Fermín López, Eric García, and Pau Cubarsí will not be part of the tour as they are focusing on representing Spain in the Olympic Games.
If Nico Williams joins Barcelona, he too will be unable to take part in the US tour.
The Catalan team is scheduled to play against Real Madrid in New Jersey on August 3, followed by a match against AC Milan in Baltimore on August 6, concluding their tour.
